Our goal is to provide a tool for gaining personalized insights and guidance, such as for personal development and self-reflection. Your privacy is incredibly important to us, and we are committed to protecting your data. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

To provide you with our Services, we collect information in a few different ways. Our App functions using a locally stored user profile and does not require a traditional online account. We focus on collecting only what is necessary for the app to function and to personalize your experience.

Information You Provide to Us:

  • Profile Information: During onboarding, we ask for information to create your user profile, such as your name, gender, core values, and areas of interest. This helps us tailor our guidance and insights to you.
  • Birth Details (Optional): To generate a personality framework for self-reflection (often known as a birth chart), you have the option to provide your date, time, and city of birth. This feature is optional. This data is stored locally on your device and may be sent to our secure API to generate your chart.
  • AI Chat Interactions and History: When you interact with our AI chat feature, you may provide text-based inputs. To allow you to review past conversations, the history of your chats is stored securely and locally on your device. We do not access, log, or store the substance of your private chat conversations on our servers.
  • Secondary Profiles: You can create profiles for other people in your life to explore your connections with them. This may include their name, gender, relationship type, and optional birth details. This information is also stored locally on your device.

Information We Collect Automatically:

  • Usage and Device Information: We automatically collect certain anonymized information when you use the App to help us understand usage patterns, diagnose problems, and improve our Services. This includes device type, operating system version, and information about how you interact with the App (e.g., features used).
  • Purchase and Subscription Information: If you choose to purchase a subscription, your transaction is processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment details. We use a third-party service to manage subscription statuses, which receives anonymized confirmation of your purchase from Apple to unlock premium features for you.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Personalize Our Services: To provide personalized guidance, daily affirmations, and insights based on your profile information and to optionally generate charts and insights for self-reflection.
  • To Improve and Maintain Our Services: To analyze usage trends to improve the App's features and overall user experience, and to monitor performance, detect bugs, and ensure stability.
  • To Communicate With You: To send you push notifications if you have opted in. You can manage these preferences in your device settings.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only with trusted third-party service providers as necessary to operate and improve our App. We require these providers to provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this policy and required by the App Store Guidelines.

  • Service Providers: We work with third-party companies that provide services on our behalf, including analytics, performance monitoring, infrastructure hosting, subscription management, and push notifications.
  • AI Providers: We use third-party generative AI models (such as Google Gemini and/or OpenAI) to power our AI chat feature. Your chat prompts are sent to these providers to generate a response. For the purpose of abuse and safety monitoring, these providers may temporarily retain chat data for up to 30 days. This data is not used to train their models.
  • Social Sharing: We use the Facebook SDK to allow you to share content to your Instagram Stories. This action is initiated by you, and the data is shared directly with the Instagram app on your device. We do not gain access to your Facebook or Instagram profile information.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our users or the public.

Data Retention and Deletion

We are committed to protecting your information and giving you control over it. Your profile data and chat history are stored locally on your device.

  • Accessing and Correcting Your Information: You can view and change your profile information and birth details at any time within the App's "Edit Profile" settings.
  • Deleting Your Information: We provide an easy, in-app way to delete your data. You can delete your entire user profile by navigating to Settings > Edit Profile and tapping the "Delete Profile" option. This action will permanently remove all of your locally stored data, including your profile information, birth details, and chat history.
  • Data Portability: You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
